  • Products like greeting cards, scented candles, and personalized gifts cannot be returned once used or opened, unless they arrived damaged.

  • Provide your order ID, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.

  • Once reviewed, our team will guide you through the return steps and arrange pickup if applicable.

  • Please ensure products are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.


3. Refunds

  • After the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds may be rejected if the product is found used, damaged, or not in original condition.


4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you wish to get a replacement, please return the item and place a new order once your refund is processed.
