1. Eligibility for Returns
Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items should be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
Products like greeting cards, scented candles, and personalized gifts cannot be returned once used or opened, unless they arrived damaged.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@thankful.co.in within the return period.
Provide your order ID, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.
Once reviewed, our team will guide you through the return steps and arrange pickup if applicable.
Please ensure products are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
3. Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds may be rejected if the product is found used, damaged, or not in original condition.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to get a replacement, please return the item and place a new order once your refund is processed.
