Returns or refunds are accepted only if the product is damaged or an incorrect item was sent.
Please contact us at info@thankful.co.in within 48 hours of receiving your order and include your order number and photos of the product.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Used or opened items cannot be returned. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
